"Our room was large, quiet, and dark! It was perfect. Very clean, spacious bathroom, well appointed. Staff were excellent! We did not use any dining services so can’t speak to that but the location is a nice and easy 5-7 minute walk to the train station and loads of shopping."
"Excellent location, rooms very clean, extremely quiet of a night. Breakfast was ok, but, with only 2 staff on, they were stretched. Kept running out of food, but it was refilled, so queues did form for either plates or food at certain times. That said, we’d definitely stay again. "

Close to all the Beatles attractions - 10 minute walk to Beatles Story - and to lots of food options. The bed was on the firm side. Excellent rainfall shower and modern bathroom. Only instant coffee packets in the room but when I asked they brought up a very good fresh pot (I was desperate for good coffee). "

"Was a short stop before I travelled by ferry, checked in late, had clear instructions from the owner, great communication. Room was really spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows. Included robes to use and a large bath sheet, which if you stay at hotels regularly you’ll appreciate! Really impressed overall with the booking, far nicer than I expected. Great area too. Safe, quiet and close to anything you might need"

A minor issue (not the hotel's fault): access to parking in the adjacent public multistorey is not good - stairs only when the shopping mall is closed e.g. Sunday before 11am; and when it is open the lifts in the mall are inadequate for the number of people using them."
"I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well.
It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre.
This will not be the last time I stay there. Highly recommended by yours truly!
