"Staff was so helpul. I broke my arm a few days before arriving and needed some special arrangements to help with sleep. They were fantastic! They took initiative to help, were creative and responded quickly."

"Amazing location just near the Albert dock. Stayed with wife and 2 children and had wonderful time - we were there for The Open so would recommend as great place to stay. Only tip is to try to sort parking at location - limited places but I was not aware. Having said that, there is cheaper alternative 5 mins walk away that hotel has special rate on so no big deal if you have to park elsewhere."

"The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. "This is an honest review. We loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff was trying and were helpful to a fault. The area the hotel is in is quite run down and I wouldn’t want to be walking alone at night. I understand that sometimes staff can’t work , but the restaurant and pub were closed the first night which meant calling for food delivery. The beds were good , but the floor was dirty , the toilet was dirty with hair on the back of the toilet seat. We had to go down and get toilet paper. The...
