Positives first: the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location is excellent for the city centre, and the shower was lovely. However, several issues affected our stay. The room had no proper curtains, so light came through the blinds, making it hard to sleep. There was also a skylight with a blind that couldn’t be closed due to its height, which made this worse. "Really clean room, minimalistic in design but nice. Comfy bed and lots of space. The shower was really good. Breakfast is pastries and coffee, but very good. Staff friendly. Ideal city centre location in the Liverpool One shopping centre, but you don't hear the noise. Parking is a 5 minute walk away in the Q car park, the hotel offers a discount once they confirm the booking. We have stayed here twice, its very good, we will be back."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "
