"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. "Overall a very good stay. Staff friendly, property was clean and beautiful. Rooftop pool area fantastic. My only issue were that the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were accessible for anyone to open so we did not use them."

"The hostel is okay. Unfortunately they do not have AC and the wifi was not working while I was there and I needed to work. The staff could not help since the outage affected them as well. There was a large puddle of water on the room’s bathroom floor even though it looked like it was just cleaned up. I checked out 2 hours after check-in in and moved elsewhere."
