"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"Clean room, helpful accommodating staff, air conditioned rooms that work, windows that open in your room. Modern and sophisticated style and great location for walking to all Milan has to offer. We added the breakfast which was nice with friendly staff. Only complaints lack of orange juice and fresh fruits, otherwise had your traditional Italian breakfast options."

"Hotel was lovely, very close to all central attractions. Reception staff especially Jasmine was first class. The only downfall was the hot water which was non existant. After working on it for 2 days the hotel asked us to move rooms, which even though an upgrade I detest doing whilst I am away. Compared with other indigo properties Bangkok and London this one is sub par. Overall the experience was 8/10"

"The hotel was in the shopping area and 5 min walk to Duomo. Great area and room was nice. The only thing I didn’t like that the curtains didn’t close all the way and light was coming in. "

"If you want to be just steps away from the Duomo, La Scala Theatre & immerse yourself in the old city, I cannot recommend this property high enough. The facilities are very clean & modern, the bed was super comfortable & very large bathroom, plenty of room to unpack. The staff are amazing, they personally connect with you leading up to your stay & couldn't have been anymore attentive & pleasant. Fantastic customer service skills, really felt special. "Alles war OK... Das was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war nicht gerade vielfältig, aber gerade dann sollte man schon die Auslage mit Brot... Aufschnitt und sonstiges immer wieder gefüllt haben.... das war leider nicht der Fall, bzw es hat zu lange gedauert.... "
