"The room was clean and comfortable however the bathroom was very small and there were no suitable mirrors or lights to do hair and make up."

"Pros: Great breakfast, helpful staff, convenient location to Paddington station Cons: Room was very hot and AC/fan did not work. The fix was a tower fan which was nice gesture, but ineffective and still left us uncomfortable at night. The pool and spa was nice, but at capacity at times, so we could not enjoy it."

"I booked a double room and was given a twin. As I was jet lagged, I was too tired to ask for a change. Single beds are not comfortable. The decor and facilities in the room are so dated. There was constant noise from fans outside. The plus was having a bath tub with nice toiletries and the location being so close to Paddington."

"When checked in, the iPad doesn’t work while typed in my information. That is your only way of check in and out, it should have been check daily are they working properly or not. Apart from that room is what you need for a night stay. There only one towel each. Face towel would have been helpful."
