"The breakfast wasn’t great, toast was brought cold, only coffee available at breakfast, the breakfast room was very small we had to share a table with another guest The room was very spacious, but we paid for a window room and was put into the basement/cellar with one window looking into a wall and another very small one that also looked into a wall, there was no kettle available in the room we had to go to reception to use the kettle up there, and there was no fridge in room to use to keep drinks cool, The housekeeping was amazing no faults there On a night due to being in the basement we could hear the receptionist rolling around on the chair all night "

"Great value! Modern amenities, good WiFi, perfect location if you want to stay near Paddington. Short walk to Charing Cross for tube travel. It’s a very nice budget hotel."
