"The floors in the room weren’t particularly clean, water stains on the showe glass, unidentified dried green product on cheap plastic toilet seat. The self check-in kiosks are ridiculous but they do have two people running back and forth to help with it. Shower gel and shampoo are the only amenities. There isn’t even a water glass. There are no hangers or anywhere to put your clothes besides leaving them in your suitcase and three hooks. The mattress was so soft and spongey it was like sleeping in a hammock. The towels were thin and threadbare. I paid a lot of money for this room and it was NOT worth it. I would NEVER stay here again. If this is the future of ‘innovative’ supposedly hip hotels, it’s going to be a dystopian one."

"The room was clean and freshly painted. It was VERY small. The lights were next to the room door for both the bedroom & bathroom. No switch in the bathroom. Also no outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom. Though we got off on an annoying foot when after a red eye flight, we arrived 20 minutes before check in and had to store our baggage, the rest of our stay was great! The staff were kind and helpful. Having a restaurant for a late night snack or drink on site was wonderful. The small bar also opened early with pastries & coffee. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast that was ridiculously overpriced. Fortunately within a few steps of the hotel were several great breakfast options."

"Property was not at all as expected and is not properly reflected in the photos on Expedia. The hotel is not well maintained. The bathroom smelled of sewer and the hotel stairs were old and unsafe. We were not provided with the accommodation that we booked. We promptly left after checking in and canceled our next night. I requested a refund from the hotel and Expedia May 23rd and have received no credit or follow up."
