"I give Athena a 5-star despite my only criticism of only a warm shower-not hot. The room cleanliness was exceptional with tailored housekeeping as requested. This leads me into the superior staff who were kind, polite and accommodating. They kept our bags for the day on check out so we wouldn’t have to lug them around as we wrapped up our touring! We didn’t need any parking so I cannot speak to that, however, the breakfast was very well served and affordable. Oatmeal, toast, cereal, meat, cheese, pastries, and all the hot and cold breakfast drinks. Well done Athena!"

"staff wasn’t very welcoming and were unprofessional in my opinion. found a few belongings from the previous guest in my room that were clearly missed by cleaning staff. the breakfast was pathetic and the staff wanted me to sit with random people at their table instead of one of the clean and open tables. if the price point was cheaper i wouldn’t be complaining. the vibe of the hotel room made me check for bed bugs. thankfully there weren’t any."

"no hand towels , just bath towels , no tissues , no toast at breakfast. very cool room with technology., but very small , nowhere to put a suitcase other than the floor which prevented opening the door properly"

"The king room was fine but I would not stay again. Pros: comfortable bed, nice staff, clean, great location. Cons: very basic for what you pay. The bathroom did not have an electrical plug and the door was glass thus no privacy. No fridge in room. Air conditioning didn't work so we slept with window open but then it was too much street noise. "
