"The property was very clean and convenient location. Was close to the Edgewere road under ground and Paddington station. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. We were staying with our 3 year old so the kitchenette was perfect for making any top meals or lunches to take with us on our days out. Definitely booking with them again! "
"Charles was extremely helpful with our check-in! He gave us much needed information on the area as well as tips for traveling to the airport by train. He also gave us information about a restaurant we had heard about in the area. Ironically, we went to the restaurant for lunch, but ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and we LOVED it! Great food - the chef obviously knows what he's doing! We'd eat there even if it was located in our home town. Added bonus - they even had a workbook titled...
"Ett fint hotell med gångavstånd till Paddington station. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal! Skön Kingsize säng! Bra frukost med allt man kan önska sig, många bra alternativ även för veganer och glutenfritt. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet för den som vill få den riktiga engelska känslan när det gäller inredning och känna sig bortskämd av den fantastiska personalen. "We were Particularly impressed with one member of staff, Fatima at the reception desk. We arrived one hour early for check in. As our room as not yet ready she gave us a key to the lounge and then when time walked our key over to us in the lounge. Fantastic, the best check in ever!
We had a large well equipped fifth floor room. Quiet and so convenient for the shops and of course trains. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. Thank you! "

"Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect."
