"If you're looking for the Ritz this place isn't for you, but the hotel is clean, tidy conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance to 2 stations and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, nice Breakfast included, free parking, great value in central London, couldn't ask for more.Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back next time we're in London. "Recently renovated so it has clean modern rooms. The walls are a bit thin and there was an issue with the check in machine but everything else was good."

"The Underground was 3 mins walk to Edgware Stop, lots of places to get coffee and meals and there is a Mark & Spencer opposite!!! The Evelator on the West Wing was a bit tricky and they didnt re stock my room on our last 2 daus but upon request it was done promptly. I wpuld definitely rebook here. "
