The hotel is perfectly situated near all the shops local attractions, restaurants and train stations. The staff were all amazing from check-in to breakfast to cleaning. Engaging professional and very helpful. Special mention to Rachel who was outstanding during our check in, welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm and catered to all our requests. Check out also well handled by Grace and Hea.

I highly recommend this hotel. The accommodations are excellent and the staff are exceptional for service. The High Street nearby is great for shopping and cafes. The Tube station is a five minute walk from the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is very well situated โ€” close to the Baker Street tube station, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. It felt very cozy, and a pleasure to return to each evening. The hotel restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast and for a convenient dinner, with a knowledgeable sommelier and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, with lots of cupboard space. We will return!
