"Sehr gut gelegen, freundliches Personal"

"We had the most wonderful stay at the boathouse with my mum and sister — such a unique and unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us personally and gave us a lovely tour around the boat, showing us everything we needed to know. You can really tell how much thought has gone into every detail. There was a hairdryer, straighteners, plenty of plug sockets (including USB sockets), and lots of mirrors — all those little touches that make such a difference when you’re...

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant . Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment. Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...

"Lovely staff. Fabulous food and cocktails. Decor is great. This was my 3rd visit. I love the location for shopping and the cozy environment. I will be back next year!"

"This is the first time I’ve stayed at Dorset Square Hotel, but it won’t be the last. The combination of location, gorgeous interiors, and exceptional service makes it the perfect place to stay. An absolute gem."

"There were lapses in changing linens, leaving water, replacing tea bags, milk and biscuits. Overall the stay was good. Will stay again."

"Inmejorable El desayuno, espectacular!"

"Nice location. Clean room, nice staff at breakfast. Breakfast is good and not too much for me."

"It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful."

"Amazing!"

"No Staff to do any thing except daily routine of cleaning room. Not warm,Dull Boring Cold not warm Wint go back"

"O absolutely loved this place but definitely not for everyone. Rooms are very compact and space efficient. Bathrooms are glass walled so offer less privacy. And our room Was on the basement level which was fine for us but an issue for others ( we still had a large window with natural light). Special thanks to Anastasia ( gm) and Patrick and Hailey for their great level of service. We did feel like we were guests in someone’s home."
