"The staff were very very nice and even gave a room with two beds even we only ordered 1. The room was quiet, Ac worked well. Shower was nice. We had everything we needed we had a pleasant stay."

"The staff were great. The hallways to the rooms were old, had an odor and desperately needs an update . The room itself was large but very dated, I’m unsure where the pictures on the website were taken but our room for sure was not used. We had a garden view which was quiet. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I would not stay here again."

"The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place."

"Maid never showed up to replace dirty dishes in sink, clean room, make the beds or disposed of garbage on daily basis. I reported large cockroach in kitchen. After complaint, several staff members showed up and cleaned everything but were unable to find the cockroach."

"I love the Pierre Pierre reminds me of old world, New York. It’s where Mr. Tata, the billionaire investor used to stay when he was in New York. It was his hotel. It’s a class of India meets American rich if you can afford it, you must stay here at least once."

"The service and location of the hotel are great. The cafe and bar downstairs are very nice. My only complaint is that my room felt quite dated. The bathroom was very small and crammed, with very little counter space. I stayed at a different hotel not far from there that was just a little more expensive but much more updated rooms. Other than that, every other aspect of our stay was great."

"Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Sheryl (don’t know if that is how she spells her name) was particularly helpful and just very friendly and professional. The housekeeping could use some help but otherwise it was an overall great stay. Everyone from the reception to the valet/bell were very friendly. The valet arranged for a yellow cab to pick me up at 4am for my flight which was much better than an Uber pickup so I appreciated that. The rooms were very spacious and...
