"A clean, well appointed room with a comfortable bed, very quiet. The staff is fantastic, especially the breakfast gals and David at the front desk. If you like breakfast, stay here. The variety of foods offered and the Lattes make it a top notch place! Only thing missing for us was bathroom ventilation but the windows sufficed. Close to the train station, yet we didn't hear a single train. Great location to then easily hop on a train to Florence. Several restaurant options within walking...

"For a hotel that's 4 star and €250 pppn, you would expect that they would have the Aircon available. It was turned off presumably to save money. Aside from that, nice rooms and convenient location."

"This place is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean except we did have bit of a musty smell but it was not terrible and we left the window open and it helped. Staff were great and check in was easy. We didn't know that it included a free breakfast because it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we missed it the first day - no problem it's not a game changer. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it."

"Superb position on a canal with lots of local restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful room overlooking the canal. The staff were all truly excellent taking care of every aspect of the trip. It was a joy to stay at the hotel and we hope to return soon."

"This is a great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, in a convenient location in Venice, right on the Piazzale Roma. Just steps from where our van transport dropped us off and just steps to catch the Airport Bus the next morning. A great breakfast too! Would definitely stay there again when in Venice!"

"Lovely hotel. Very central to all parts of Venice. Quiet at night which was great after a long day sightseeing. Good facilities. Lovely roof top terrace/bar. We didn’t opt to have breakfast as we wanted to go out early and explore but thought the value of €15 was good for a buffet as Venice isn’t cheap. Great location, clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"Loved our stay here, beautiful cosy hotel in a great location. Only slightly disappointed when trying to book the boat trip to Murano, were told they could only facilitate if enough people wanted to go that day due to the cost being too expensive. We weren’t too bothered about going, but would have been good to know that when we checked in to plan accordingly. Other than that, faultless experience and would stay again!"

"The place is very well located in Cannaregio-a close walk from the train station and away (but not too much) from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The facilities are modern and have good taste. However, the standout is the staff. Every single person is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt welcome through our stay at all times. Would definitely come back and will definitely recommend. "
