"Lesson learned. Booked a 2 night stay for 4 of us. We checked in and although I booked a 4 bed private room they set us up in a 3 bed room. Our 4th person ended up not being able to make it so that worked out. But we did pay for the larger room despite not receiving one. In addition the whole house was completely trashed, fridge full to the brim with items and a rancid stench. We couldn’t use any of the communal space at all and we’re pretty much ostracized to our room only. I assume because...

"Everything was great here. My personal opinion was our bed being too hard for my liking. Otherwise everything else was great. Great location, next to food and shopping with in walking distance, no issues with noise from other people or the highway. The breakfast ontime, fresh, fully stocked and a variety of options. The front desk lady was incredibly efficient and kind. There was a shortage of luggage carts and I saw staff dillig3ntly looking for them to help us and others out. "

"They say they have a hot tub when you ask But they don’t tell you it’s broken and cannot be used We got two rooms, one room had NO Towels They told us our total charge on top of Expedia fees would be $20 They did Not tell us that was per room, they said that was total They tell you the restaurant has a happy hour but they Don’t tell you there will be an hour wait time, or that it’s very expensive They tell you the second floor is best for views but they Don’t tell you the first floor rooms have...
