"This hotel seems to be a hidden gem. It was amazing. Lots of history in the place, it was like staying in a museum. You could spend a day just exploring the hotel. People were incredible, friendly, helpful, I felt like a friend and not just a guest. The room I had was well appointed, with the usual, things. TV, safe, desk chairs, large bed on the firmer side and very comfortable. The shower had no water saving mechanism that I could tell, felt full on pressure. I forgot what that was...

And the maids were invisible and always on top of my needs. How do they do that? I love staying at the Omni in San Francisco."

"While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the front desk service during my stay was incredibly poor. Over the course of two different days, the hotel misplaced my parcel twice. When I approached the front desk to ask about the process for locating a missing package, the staff member on duty (Hispanic male working Sunday evening 6/7 around 9:00 PM) was unprofessional and dismissive. He told me there was "no process," for lost parcels suggested I come back in the morning or ask...

"Location, location, location! Great location. One unfortunate thing that happened was two guests having a loud argument, but the issue was promptly addressed by hotel staff, and resolved quickly. I actually live in San Francisco, but was doing a “staycation.” For a weekend. Would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are a little too dated. The room was very stuffy so we had to open Windows and there was no screens. There are not enough Outlets in the room. Also I am 5 ft 2 and it was very difficult for me to climb up into the bed. I know a lot of it has to do with the charm but some updates would make it more comfortable."
