"We had such a lovely stay here! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which really made us feel at home. The kids had a fantastic time, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our family holiday in Bali. We made some beautiful memories here and would happily come back again!"

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Seres. Hotel: Check-in process after long travel was thankfully very easy. Our room had a pool and it felt well maintained and mostly private. Loved the doors in the bathroom leading outside to the desk. Cleaning staff came daily. Purified water bottles provided. And the front desk very responsive, helpful and quick if an issue arose or we needed something. Food: Breakfast was good and while some things were the same everyday they tried to include some variety daily. The fruit and juices were fresh. They even gave us to go breakfast when we had super earlier mornings/ excursions. Dinner was okay. The pizza was my favorite! Overall the food was overpriced for sure but it was just more convenient to eat here after a long day. Location: It is about 20-30 minutes from Ubudd central but grabs picked us up super quickly and easily. Overall would recommend. Felt like a peaceful stay overall."

"Didn’t like medical staff. I broke a couple of toes at the pool and they were more concerned about my room number. Did not offer me ice or recommend me to elevate feet or even a bandage"

"Room is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is quite acceptable. Our room had an ocean view. We loved very much the Japanese restaurant in Hotel - excellent Sushi Chef, quality of food are exquisite. We would recommend this restaurant to Japanese food lovers"

"We have been staying at the same property from last 4 trips. Its location is at the centre of everything. If you like the happening place then it is the right place. Their buffet breakfast menu has all the varieties. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have the restaurants and the food is amazing. Over all we will definitely go back there."
