"Pros: Hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was large and comfortable. Nice modern art work and a lovely central courtyard garden. Staff were friendly. Cons: A very noisy heater in the room (take earplugs!). The TV system was a bit tricky to use and we needed help. Overall: Recommend this hotel."

"This place is such a gem! It's clean, tidy, close to the beach, a short drive to amenities, and quiet. I stayed in the romance suite with my six year old in room C (the one at the end) and it was MAGICAL. Beautiful trees, a salmon stream, and trees right outside the window. "Staff was friendly from the bell hops, concierge to housekeeping. Prime location for visitors who plan on arriving from YVR via Canada Line. Also close proximity to the Expo Line and Sea Bus. Didn’t need to rent a vehicle for my entire stay of 7 days. Also a plus, it’s across the street from the waterfront."

"Our room , 300, was VERY small and the bathroom was the same, everything compacted. No mirror in the main room. which would have been helpful. Hair on the bathroom floor as well. Main room was clean, had TV, small fridge, coffee machine. There's was no chair , room wasn't big enough. Front staff were really good. Friendly , explain info on hotel that was necessary and helpful with questions. Very easy check in , check out. Price was good for being right downtown. $8 UBER from hotel to Roger's...

"Some how they missed a hanger on the floor. But worse, it sounded like the bed was broken because when I sat down on the right side if the bed ( closer to the bathroom) there was a loud sound, like wood breaking. Every time I sat down. Strange. Room was aged but clean."
