"Was a little worried at the exterior pictures / reviews but we were pleasantly surprised to find a newly renovated room. Only negative was the twin beds…..very small for 4 average adults and queen beds would fit in the room. Smart tv was a bonus as we could use our own Netflix subscription."

"We stayed in the sea view cottage - it was perfect for the two of us. Simple cottage with a great covered deck and sea/beach views. Very quiet and private - highly recommend if you want to be close to restaurants and trails but want to feel like you’re in a fairly remote area."

"The only real positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is right in downtown Vancouver and conveniently located about a 20-minute walk from the cruise terminal, which makes it practical before or after a cruise. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very outdated and poorly maintained. It clearly needs major renovation and modernization. The rooms are quite large and are structured more like small apartments than hotel rooms, with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate...

"Wonderful location with easy walk to restaurants & hop-on/off & public buses. Easy walk to Granville Island ferry. Nutritious & delicious hot breakfast buffet. Excellent hospitality front desk and all staff. Lovely hotel!"

"We had an amazing stay here! The place was absolutely spotless and incredibly clean from top to bottom. I loved that the kitchen came fully stocked—it had all the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook our own meals, which was a huge bonus. Best of all, it is just a short, easy walk to the beach. Perfect location, beautiful accommodations, and everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Will definitely be back!"
