"There was parking and a convenience store across the street. There seems to be a lot of overflowing dumpsters in the neighborhood, and the pavement could use a waterhose once in a while. "

"I stayed in 1 of the attic rooms; size, bed and bath were comfortable. There were gaps around the window casement that during winter would be a problem. I stayed during a hot spell and would have appreciated a room fan. No air conditioning (there is a radiator heater) and no lift. "
