First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . "Parking was good. Room clean, but small. No drawers for clothing, no closet, no chairs, just tiny stools, hard to keep towels dry as there were no towel racks. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient.OK for a day or two. When driving out from motel onto Highway 101, the South exit gives much better visibility of traffic during busy times."

"Our room was very dirty. Reese’s wrapper behind the tv, hair in the bath mat, macaroni noodles on the counter. Something spilled on the closet door by the main door and never cleaned up, sticky spot next to the chair. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed and it was a mess underneath. "Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in...

"Make sure and ask the desk if they come clean your rooms we were there for 3 days they never came and gave us clean towels or more coffee we asked the desk and they said we need to ask for that."

"Nice spot overall but some issues. Unfortunately, the tub had not been cleaned in quite some time so we were unable to use it. There were remaining short hairs and black slime came out of the jets. Cringe. I also could not get the gas fireplace to turn on. Overall the room needed a fresh clean and restock of linen and provided shower items like conditioner. I did let the friendly front desk know who said they would ensure the ground level was gone through."

"Beautiful room with a great view of the ocean. Wonderful pool , sauna and hot tub. We also love the outdoor fire places with tables and chairs to relax outside in the sun by the fire. Nice access to the beach. Had a great breakfast included in our stay. "

I had to carry her down 2 flights and I knew I couldn't be doing that safely in the dark. Luckily they had one first floor room available for $100 more. (plus the $30 pet fee I'd already paid.)
