"For starters, my floor was so filthy. I use the bath towel to go from the bathroom to the bedroom to the bathroom and into the bedroom and it was pretty brown when I got done after three days when you walked across the floor it sounded like your feet were sticking to it. I brought this to the desk attention two times they told me oh it’s the soap we use on the floor. The room had a foul smell, which eventually went away. "I enjoyed the beach view from our room & the ceiling fan! Check in was seamless & the staff was friendly. However, the hotel lobby & stairwell felt dingy, the furnishings were also a bit outdated. Overall, for a short overnight stay the price was just right. Thank you."

You need to immediately change your listing and honestly state both are not available and pulling a bait and switch on your customers. "It is a nice property. The coffee pot was weird and the key locks were hard to work. The breakfast was great. My credit card was charged multiple times for one room but I finally ended up with one charge. Other than that it was good place to stay."

"This was the sketchiest motel I’ve ever stepped foot in, couldn’t get in the door, was broken, when we did we turned around and walked out. It smelled like cigarette smoke and drug smoke, the blanket and pillows were disgusting and didn’t want to sit on the bed and there were questionable people right outside our door watching us. It didn’t feel safe whatsoever or clean and we were charged $160 for a $30 motel. Staff seemed aware and was very helpful with getting us an immediate refund."
