Hotel Murah di Goffs Oak

"The two twin bed room was bigger than we had expected. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. We would stay there again! The location was great!"

"Great position for Savoy theatre and other theatres in the Covent Garden area. Hotel very good. Bedrooms are compact but very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Allow time as there is often a wait to be seated."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"The staff are friendly and professional, breakfast options were very good. The main criticism I have is the room was far too small with poor storage, and my upgraded balcony was unusable so a waste of money. I shall not stay there again because of the room, but if you are traveling on your own for 1 or 2 days, with a requirement to be close to the city then it’s fine"

"Amazingly helpful staff, professional and kind. Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am. Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing. Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."

"I had booked a two-night stay and had breakfast added in the first night. Upon checking in, I informed the staff that I had booked two nights from two separate bookings because I had decided to extend my stay. I even had my partner call the front desk staff to ensure that the breakfast was included because the add on on the reservation didn’t specify clearly. They confirmed that it was, which I wasn’t sure of still. The staff who checked us in assured me that everything would be smooth and...

"Excellent location and very friendly staff"

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant . Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment. Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...
