"The room was small and felt a bit congested, but it was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were courteous and efficient, with Rony being especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to the day. The hotel also has the advantage of not requiring parking, which was convenient for our stay. Overall, it is a good place to stay, particularly if you are looking for a convenient location with friendly service and an excellent breakfast."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "Placed within 5 minutes of Cutty Sark DLR and within view of Greenwich village, it's perfectly positioned. I used this as a crash pad for a hectic weekend and didn't partake in food but if you don't want to eat there, your choices locally are unlimited. My room (2nd floor) overlooking the car park was a little small. Sideways sitting on the toilet was preferred and there was no seating space other than a hard chair. "The studio was lovely and well kept. Modern and great for a night's stay. We stayed in the summer and It is very hot inside, the owner does provide a fan which was a godsend. My only real issue was there's an excessive amount of mould and mildew in the shower. I wouldn't normally put it as a issue because mould in grout is common, difficult to remove and not a big deal but this was also on the surface of the tiles which can be dealt with. "Went to reception to ask where I could get a glass of water (no bottles in room) and was told to drink the tap water in the bathroom. No cups provided in room to do this. Asked to borrow an iron and had to pay a £10 deposit to bring it to the room. Room was not clean. Removed socks to walk on wooden floor around bed and immediately had dirt stick to the soles of my feet."

"Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all...
