"Upon arrival my non smoking room was a smoking room. Finally get them to change it after they said they couldnt. The 1st room the key wouldnt unlock so the manager had to unlock with his manual key. He said he could just let me in every time i needed in my room. I requested a different room. He finally agreed. The 2nd room reaked of cigarettes. The blanket had cigarette holes all over it. He said it was a nonsmoking room. The microwave was diagusting. It dropped in the 50s at night and the heat did not work so i froze all night. It advertises free breakfast which is one of the reasons i picked them and there is no breakfast at all at the location. Very horrible experience. Probably the worst place i have ever stayed at. "

"The hotel was nothing like I expected. It was not newt remodeled like I read somewhere. It had no hot water in our room there wasn’t even a coffee pot Not the worse place I have ever stayed, but I would never stay there again. "
