Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. Instead of a welcoming arrival, we were questioned about whether we were checking in before the door was abruptly opened. It set an uncomfortable tone right away. "I’ve never walked into someone in a room that was mine, yet that’s what happened. The lobby employee gave me a key to my room and when I walked in there was someone’s things and them in the room! I went back and told the employee and they asked if I checked the curtain since when it’s closed that means someone is in there. What!?!
