"Basic hotel. Nothing fancy. Rooms were dated and smelled like cigarettes, and found toilet paper hanging out from under the couch. Unfortunately, must have caught the concierge on a bad day. Quite rude when we asked why we were paying up front. Unusual for any hotels we've stayed at previously."

"The location was decent, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Bellevue, which was convenient. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated. We booked a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, which was advertised as 375 sq ft, but it felt much smaller in reality. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was literally no room left for the coffee table. We had to stand it upright next to the sofa just to create enough walking space. "Great location off the highway. Good staff, good beverages available anytime and the rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. The price is also reasonable."

"Great hotel location and clean facility. It looked like there wasn't enough staff. The internet on the computer near the checkin desk was down anytime I tried accessing. Breakfast was great but the flask in which they stored the coffee and water was not holding the heat well. We did not use the laundry or gym."
