"My family and I stayed at your hotel 4/2-4/4. The space was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good both days. However, we came back to the hotel early to swim. The pool was undergoing maintenance and could not be used on Friday. My daughter wanted to use the gym and it was overrun by kids and no parental supervision whatsoever. It was different ages and different families, so it was multiple parents not watching their kids. And then we had 4 fire alarms go off in a short amount of time. We went down to a lobby FULL of upset guests. Your staff on duty that night handled it FAR BETTER than I ever could. They dealt with people demanding refunds and checking people out and firetrucks and all the noise. It has to be a stressful job, but they did great. I wish we could have used more of the amenities, hopefully stricter parental supervision could be enforced. Im not sure how, but it does suck that kids were just allowed to take over and not let others use the room. "

"The hot tub/spa was gone (cemented over perhaps recently). I was very disappointed to say the least. I let them know that was not a wise decision and that could be a reason someone opts to book with them vs. A competitor. I've stayed at this location before and really liked it. The next time I come back to the area, I may need to reconsider. Ever since my first visit with this hotel brand in another state, I try to see if there are any in the area where I'm going when I travel because of the price, amenities, clean, bed are normally very comfortable etc."

"Found bug on curtains in room, spiderwebs in corners of room, found big turd in toilet in bathroom by elevators "

"They did not have the room we reserved and moved us to a smaller room with no price adjustment. "

"Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly. Dining space a little crowded during happy hour/dinner. Smaller space I feel. But great service all around!"
