The pool was undergoing maintenance and could not be used on Friday. My daughter wanted to use the gym and it was overrun by kids and no parental supervision whatsoever. It was different ages and different families, so it was multiple parents not watching their kids. And then we had 4 fire alarms go off in a short...

"Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly. Dining space a little crowded during happy hour/dinner. Smaller space I feel. But great service all around!"

"The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!"

"When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. "

"The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
