"The room was not cold enough but other than that the room eas hreat. They also did not refresh the food sp if you were a late sleeper you were out luck. Thetr was only a indoor pool."

"Breakfast is so good here!! Lots of choices and the staff takes ypur plates for you. Inside and outside pools are very nice! Outside seating around the pool and the fountains are very nice to relax at night! We are going to stay here next year for the same event we came to Ohio for!"

"I've stayed at this property before because it's quiet, clean and has a good breakfast. I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for."

"Our sink wouldn’t drain. It took them 2 days to fix it. Very poor hotel security, as dozens of cars had their windows smashed and were broken into one morning. Good proximity to Easton Town Center and the airport. They did have a room with a handicapped accessible tub, which I needed and was quite helpful after some surgery I had."

"They didn't tell us upon checking in how often housekeeping cleans the rooms, so we had to request them to come. Besides that and the slowest elevator on the planet the hotel was prefect. I'd still recommend it vs more expensive options in the area."

"Our room was extremely comfortable, with couch and table to enjoy relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, well stocked towels, and very quiet and staff accomodated our request to be at quiet location given I am a light sleeper. This had been my 4th accomodations this week visiting family in Ohio and seeing grandchildren shoot competitively nearby at the Cardinal Center. These were by far our best accomodations this week and the breakfast provided was superb. I avoid gluten, and have allergies so...

"We didn't even stay! Mold on the bed. Hairs on the bed. Other stains on the bed. Mold on the floor. Mold on the lamp shade. Peeling paint on doors, walls, and ceiling. Half-painted over floor moldings covering dark mold and severe flaking away. Tub laminate peeling apart. Cobwebs. Door trim literally falling apart, and having pervasive very visible rust. Spackle areas on the walls poorly painted over with a different color. Shameful condition. We have pictures of all! Front desk told us that...
