"My son and I stayed here while attending The Open at Royal Birkdale and it suited our needs very well. It was convenient to public transit, affordable, and comfortable. The inside is much better than the outside would indicate. The location is on a major road with heavy, loud traffic. Our room was on the second floor facing the road and the noise of passing trucks woke me up several times. The properties on either side apear to be empty. But overall, a good stay."

I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. "Sorry to say, I had a worst experience ever in this property. Right from locating the property to getting into onwards. No sign board with the name of the property, no staff at the reception, getting the room key itself was a big hustle. The room was with a foul smell and not inhabitable. The bed sheet were unclean, towels old and torn, empty shower gel and hand wash bottles in bathroom, no provision of kettle or tea bags in the room etc etc. I couldn't spend hardly 2 hours in the property and...
