"We had a great stay here. Nice size carpark at the rear of the property. Hotel is located on a residential street and seems a safe area. Orrell Park train station is a 10 min walk away offering easy access to the city. The room was a good double, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Only one bedside cabinet, so maybe add one to the left of the bedside ?? Bathroom was spotless, good size and nice powerful and hot shower. "This was a little hidden gem that we will definitely return to. It was a wonderful base and the shared facilities- bathrooms and kitchen, was perfect with little extras like snacks and hot drinks to help yourself to. "Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"
