"The air conditioning was rarely turned on and the room was hot and stuffy. No control of air colnd from the room unit.
Order the vegetable soup for 6 pounds. Was watered down freeze dried 'cup-a-soup'. Bloody awful.
Was refused a hot steak sandwich at 7.20pm and told by staff not available after 6pm as per the menu. Nowhere on the menu is this stated. (THEN ODERED THE SOUP INSTEAD)
Constant noise of thumping feet and furnuture being dragged accross the floor up to 11pm at night from the
floor...
