"The Guest House was wonderful. They played Elvis movies each night and you could get a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and chocolate milk as a snack each night. The whole hotel and atmosphere was great."

"The rooms were clean/ the breakfast was very good/ the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Bad internet. Terrible location"

"The Tv didn’t work, which may have been caused by the bad weather. Internet was spotty, the comforter had stains on it and could feel the springs in the mattress that sagged to one side. The bathroom ceiling had mold spores. The included warm breakfast was the option to make a waffle, or one kind of cereal. Distance to the airport is nice, and to be able to park right in front of the room. We would not stay here again."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing."

"I’ll start with the positives I turned up early after getting soaking wet in the thunderstorm was allowed into room as it was ready. Thank-you for that. Food left in fridge after room was cleaned not just a couple of things the fridge was full. Telephone not working and socket not working on one side. Reception did offer to change rooms for me but I had already unpacked so did decline. Removed food myself and put in outside bin. I didn’t think the floor was very clean."

"Room 137 had wet carpet, smelled musty, a broken plugin outlet (my phone charger would not stay plugged in), smoke detector would flash every 2 seconds, I had to call the front desk 2 times to get the loud music turned down in the room next door, oh by the way I also got robbed!"

"Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis."

"Everything was good"

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Room was clean and spacious size. Bathroom was clean. spacious and great arrangement. Enjoyed the pull-out double sofa bed, it was soft and provided adequate the extra sleeping space needed.Front desk staff were so nice during check-in and check-out and provided linen needed for pull-out sofa bed without any hesitation after we checked in. "Rooms are shabby. Old, really bad. Unsafe - no personnel on site. Parking was in an open, unmanned garage in forth floor with no access to elevators for hotel guests. All contact is through text messages. No elevators. Felt like a 2-star property. Miles away from what is advertised on the internet. We felt cheated. It felt like a dress delivered which is old and torn with the vendor refusing to refund the money. There are at least 10 properties nearby which are ten times better at the same cost."

"The location was great, a minute walk to the restaurant, and a few minutes' walk to bars and other attractions, very close to the Bas Pro Shop."
