"This is a hotel that punches well above its price point: clean, tasteful, luxury rooms; excellent restaurants, lovely pool. Would stay again even if not going to Graceland."

"The rooms were clean/ the breakfast was very good/ the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"I’ll start with the positives I turned up early after getting soaking wet in the thunderstorm was allowed into room as it was ready. Thank-you for that. Food left in fridge after room was cleaned not just a couple of things the fridge was full. Telephone not working and socket not working on one side. Reception did offer to change rooms for me but I had already unpacked so did decline. Removed food myself and put in outside bin. I didn’t think the floor was very clean."

"Breakfast was good Pool closed Would not give a senior or AARP discount after I paid the other reason was because I went through Expedia,probably wouldn’t stay there again"

"The Tv didn’t work, which may have been caused by the bad weather. Internet was spotty, the comforter had stains on it and could feel the springs in the mattress that sagged to one side. The bathroom ceiling had mold spores. The included warm breakfast was the option to make a waffle, or one kind of cereal. Distance to the airport is nice, and to be able to park right in front of the room. We would not stay here again."

"Everything was good"

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"My stay(1st stay) wasn’t bad. Really nice room. 1-bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly still had hair and spots in the tub/shower. 2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower. Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see."

"Room was clean and spacious size. Bathroom was clean. spacious and great arrangement. Enjoyed the pull-out double sofa bed, it was soft and provided adequate the extra sleeping space needed.Front desk staff were so nice during check-in and check-out and provided linen needed for pull-out sofa bed without any hesitation after we checked in. "It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing."

"Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour? Yes and yes there was unidentified debris and dark stains on the floor.
