"I rarely write reviews about holiday stays but had to do so for our three night stay at Grange Manor. The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight. No noisy dining room nor rush to have table cleared away. All was at our pace which was what we wanted. "It’s centrally located with Tesco Express within a minute of walk. There are restaurants at the Main Street which are also within 10 minutes of walk. Parking on- street is easy and no restrictions after 6pm and before 9am. An hour parking with no return within one hour is allowed during the period of 9am and 6pm. The host is very nice and very friendly. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable during the stay. The room we stayed was very clean, spacious with all the amenities we needed....

"We booked a last minute break away to the Lakes and found this lovely little Guest house. Communication with Rob & Becky was great before hand, on arrival Rob met us and showed us to our room, which had everything we needed and he kindly provided us with an iron & board. Property is perfectly located for Windermere and Bowness. Few mins away from the station too. Breakfast was amazing, bacon was spot on!! With a lovely fresh cafetière of coffee!
