"During our stay, our first room had an insect problem, and we were bitten while staying in it. The staff responded courteously and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. "Fun change from your chain hotels. A bit challenging to take suitcases up the stairs but being dog friendly, great location and fun staff makes it worth a place to stay and enjoy the lake."

"We stayed one night on our way through Truckee. This Springhill Suites did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and clean and I would pick it again if I get a chance to go back to Truckee."
