"Arrived about 10 minutes before 15:00 and was told that they were making guests wait until 15:00 to check in! Paid deposit on card to order food to room bill but when had the meal in the restaurant there was no record of this and the waiter went to reception to sort it out. When he came back there was still no record and I had to pay with credit card. When I checked out I mentioned this and the receptionist said they had forgotten to tick a box on the system but they would refund the £50...

"Check in was seamless, modern lovely Hotel, bar and outside area very good! Room however boiling hot, thin walls. Poor pool times for children! Asked in the morning if it was possible (only two people in the pool) if we could go in with our two year old to be told absolutely not before 10am. Anyone that has children know they wake well before that so 10am is a pointless time! Would be better off 7-10 not 10-12!
