"There is no restaurant, bar, room service, concierge service. There was no gift shop. This would have been fine, had it not been advertised as open as of Oct. 2025. There was a dirty plate left in the 3rd floor lobby area that sat for 2 days and was still there upon our checkout. We never saw any type of cleaning happening. Elevators could have used a little wipe down. We asked for a late checkout. We're charged $25. I've never in all my, ever, have been charged for a late checkout."

"Starting off, checking in, i was not at all informed about a continental breakfast, even though it claims they have one on the website. Some of the beams inside the building stairwell were not plastered and painted flush with the walls nearby. Getting to the room, false eyelashes stuck to the floor next to bed, and toilet handle to flush barely functional. I only stayed one night along with my partner, and we lightly packed, but had almost nowhere to put our belongings (e.i. wallets, phones,...

"It was pretty clean and I really like the way it is styled, doesn't feel like a regular gross hotel. The beds aren't the most comfortable and it's a motel type arrangement so it's obviously louder than being in an indoor facility. But overall I really liked it."

"Just all around in terrible condition. Also forced into ab ADA room we did not ask for. It was poorly maintained in many ways. Just all around bad condition and sparse furnishings. No more Motel 6 stays."
