"I had a wonderful stay at Clarion Pointe Downtown Gatlinburg! The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy—I slept great every night. One of my favorite features was the fireplace in the room. It made the space feel warm, relaxing, and perfect after a day of exploring Gatlinburg. "We stayed at gatlinburg mountain inn for a week during a trip to the smokies - and the stay can be summarized in two words: millipede infestation. At first we stayed in room 108, we saw a millipede in the bathroom and thought nothing of it. Then we saw another one, then another. I woke up in the morning and found 3 in or around the bathroom. And one night, I killed at least 7 millipedes in less than 2 hours. At this point we talked to hotel staff (who were friendly), but they told us that...

"Location is ok. Short walk to downtown, quiet setting. Bed was good and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Make sure you know what level you are on. Example, Floor 1 is ground level, almost basement so view is limited. Kitchen and bathroom were small and not much storage space. Jacuzzi tub was fine... but water ran slow and took a very long time to fill halfway. For a short stay for a couple, overall value was good. Property needs to be labeled better...
