"This is a great self service motel. The rooms are updated and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast(weekends only)is cooked fresh and is good. However, they don't service your room. You are told at check in that they won't enter your room for anything except maintenance. You have to go to the lobby and ask for everything you need including ice/toilet paper. It did have a microwave and refrigerator. You have to ask for an iron. You aren't asked how many towels you'll need during your stay....

"Right on the strip close, very close to everything if you hate walking. We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived. My brakes went out as soon as we got into town so that gave us enough time to fix the car and get food before the room was ready. -Clean rooms -House keeping was great -Beds firm to moderate soft -Pillows lumpy but not bad. - really cool mirror with a speaker and lights...

"The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!"

"WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. "It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it."
