"Beautiful surroundings close enough to all the “touristy” hotspots and to the shuttle but far enough away that it was very quiet and serene. We brought our furbaby, and she loved the cabin, sitting on the porch and the many new smells of the outdoors! The host was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out for support. Highly recommend you book a stay here. We plan to visit again!"

"This cabin is great for large families! Plenty of room to sleep!! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and very quiet and serene. Only problem we had was it smelled like smoke but we got some air freshener and it helped. Hot tub was good with the tv available. Host was very responsive."

"We had a great stay! Room was clean and staff was very helpful. They have a very nice breakfast included. And the rocking chairs on the front porch got used alot!"

"The location, on the river, is very good. That was one of the only positives. The room was dated, the bathroom was not adequately stocked for 2 out of the 3 nights we were there (no body wash for 2 days), and the cleaning staff missed cleaning for one of the days we were there. We talked to the front desk, and to her credit, the employee was apologetic and made the beds herself. The next day, however, a different employee told us that it was our fault that the staff did not clean the room...

"The room smelled bad like mold or just very old. There were dead bugs on the floor and no one has ever cleaned behind the bed. There was hair on the one of the pillows. Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor"
