"The room smelled bad like mold or just very old. There were dead bugs on the floor and no one has ever cleaned behind the bed. There was hair on the one of the pillows. Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor"

"The motel was in such a great location and a lot quieter than on the gatlinburg strip which was ideal for what we wanted. It was a flexible check in time and the staff were very nice and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and had all amenities we needed. Would recommend!"

"The room smelled musty and moldy. We switched rooms and this bathtub still didn't drain either. The staff still was extremely unfriendly unhelpful. The manager was nice and accommodated us because I was sick. But the other staff members that work there were horribly unpolite and unfriendly. We were Afraid to ask for anything because they were always so grumpy if we called for towels or sheets."

"We walked in the room and turned around and walked out. The smell was so bad it burned our eyes. It may have been mold. I went to the front desk to let her know that there was no way we can stay. She just stared at me and offered zero solutions. The one chair in the room was covered in stains. The floor was sticky and gritty. The room looks nothing like the photos. Maybe 10 years ago! I ended up canceling the next night but they did not refund the first night. The photos on Expedia are not...

"We love this hotel and stay every time we go to Gatlinburg. It is affordable and well located. Breakfast is always good. Jimmy and Dennis have been on staff for years. Had to only do 3 stars because the housekeeping was bad. On the first night, we didn't get any housekeeping. On the 2nd night, there was a pile of dirt left on our floor. On the 3rd night we only got new towels, no beds made...and there was some trash and a hair left outside on the entrance balcony. Not sure if this was a staffing...
