"Enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room we had with a king bed was very comfortable, with more than expected room. The only issue was a discrepancy between our booked rate and the higher rate we were charged at the property. I have contacted Expedia and hoping to get the issue resolved."

"The walls are like cardboard and the noise next door was so bad, tried earplugs, tried calling the front desk, put my clothes on at 1 AM to go to the front desk, but nothing was done. It was a nightmare. Finally with banging on the wall and very frustrated the noise finally stopped at 2:45 AM. I wanted to change room and the person on the desk the next afternoon could not mae that happen for I don't know how many reasons. The second night the noise started 12:45 AM until 4 ;15. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub."

"When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on.
