"Breakfast menu was great and staff were very helpful. However i could not sleep very well as other residents were making and lot of noise during the night inside and outside the hotel. There was nothing being done about this. I guess they are entitled to there fun !"

"Staff were polite friendly and professional. I was disappointed there were no bathrobes. For a five star hotel also disappointed that they use those small cartons of milk, I would have expected a bottle or carton in the fridge. Drinks expensive."

"As women with noise sensitivity, I had best time at this hotel, very quiet. Room was clean, staff friendly, air conditioned highly appreciated. Mattress was comfortable and bedsheets clean Hotel got you covered with essential items like shampoo, body wash and hand wash + clean towels every day "

"The room was cold and damp, the carpet was soaking wet and the bedding was cold and damp. The heating didn't work, and the shower flooded over the tray as the plug hole didn't drain. Thankfully we arrived into bed at 3am and left at 10am meaning we didn't have to put up with it for long. £130 is very steep for a wet damp room! "
