"Thank you Porto allegro team. Loved evrything . The room and the jacuzi. I will be back.. thank you Mr.joel and the rest of the recepcion."

"Enjoyed this hotel and surroundings. Location was great and the view of the bridge, pedestrians, and traffic was actually a positive for me. Next visit already booked."

"Very close to the Malecon. It was not a 5 star resort but its everything you need. Its clean and well maintained. I will return for a short stay."

"Amazing stay!"

"The rooms and property were very clean. The single bedroom are small. Much confusion on the breakfast and drink coupons. Our family had 3 rooms the first two families didn't get our coupons till our 3 family checked in. We were not explained the weekend and I guess holiday upcharge. The drink coupons were given to two families and the 3rd was told they were given to one of the other families. Somewhat noisy from the bar music from the street late at night. Beautiful pool and great...

"Always a great place to stay"

"Location was great walking distance to boardwalk/malecon. The food wasn’t that great your only real option was to eat at the buffet because the other restaurants they had you needed to make reservations. Pool filters needed to be replaced or something you can see all the nasty stuff floating in the pools. Ac in room needed work kept ac at 68F and it struggled to get to 72F"

"The concierge were very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. I would recommend anyone to come there."

"La persona k da las toallas parecía la dueña del hotel fui a cambiar la toalla porque la lleno de popo una Paloma y me dijo enseñamela k falta de educación ni modo k yo la haya surrado me dio mucho coraje por su tonta pregunta así k le le dije así déjela.....por favor al hotel entrenen más a su personal k no Sean ya sarcásticos es la segunda vez k voy en este año con ellos pero por esto ya No Gracias!!"

"This was a good stay for the price. The location was really good. The room was overall comfortable. It could’ve been a little bit cleaner, but honestly, it was just fine for me going by myself for a few days. The star of the show for me was the breakfast. There was a lady that was cooking the breakfast that legitimately cooked some of the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I felt very safe there. Would stay again."

"Second time we stayed here. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job cleaning our rooms, we LOVED the waiters, everyone at front desk and through the whole hotel were so nice and helpful."

"This all inclusive resort was amazing!! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all excellent trying anyway to make your stay over the top. We stayed in the club tower and our room was fantastic! Restaurants and food was excellent with great choices. Pools were clean and great temperature. Towels were constantly available! Service from the staff was outstanding day and night. The only set back was the lack of chairs around the pools. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Ian and Laura"
