"Firstly the main staff was great, very friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues with the room.
1) It wasn’t cleaned very well, dirty glassware wasn’t removed.
2) Missing set of towels and floor towel
3) Soap & toilet paper were not replenished - felt like I was getting “rationed”
4) The main shower head did not work well, it was clogged and would spray water outside had to use the handheld shower head
5) Shower door was broken on the left side, it would not close well and let some...

The roof top bar on the 7th floor is an absolute treat, soaking up the views of Tower of London paired with top cocktails and a fantastic array of spirits.
It’s the perfect get away.
Steph on reception was a star, and was very attentive to any queries we may of had at check in and throughout our stay.
The location has its advantages, you are within the centre of everything with great transport links. "

"I did not have towels in my room when I checked in the first day. That was unexpected. The conditioner bottle attached to the bathroom wall fell off the second day. They left a bath towel the second day but there was only one left. It is an old hotel and the carpet does not seem clean at all. If you can get another hotel, go with that."
