Hotel dekat Gua Es Narusawa

"Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"

"Sadly we only stayed there one night which wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. Would've stayed longer but it's WAY over priced. The jetted tub was nice. The coffee table and dining table were damaged. The mountain/forest area around it was very nice. It's really close to neighboring houses, not as secluded as the pictures would have you think. "

"Excellent hotel and service. Very clean and quiet. We slept very well. Well located, about 15 minutes walk to old town."

"Great Ryokan. The Service and the Japanese dinner & breakfast served were excellent"

"Older style ryokan definitely kept the old style, a great experience that I think the newer hotels wouldn’t give you. Great views of the lake, only a 5 minute walk around the corner to see Mt Fuji!"

"great location, though it is all still depend on the mt. fuji weather... great amenities of onsen use. actually there's Watahan supermarket closeby but haven't got chance to be there"

"Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown."

"I really appreciate the staff of ID Stay. Our journey was to climb Mountain Fuji and the team member list was changing due to their schedule. The staff were patient to answer our questions and provided valuable information. Moreover, I like the hostel and its facilities. The host prepared many cookers that we could buy foods from supermarket nearby to cook ourselves. Very good place to stay and share with families and friends."
