"The rooms are a little outdated but that didn’t bother us. They were clean and comfortable. When we drove in and saw it was behind a souvenir shop it made me a little nervous but the grounds are lovely, the view of the volcano beautiful and it was surprisingly quiet even with all the commotion in the shopping area. The breakfast and overall value were great. The only thing we were disappointed about was the hot tub. We actually booked it because it had one but the water was warm not hot so we...

The staff keeps a menu of options for adventures, and ours was top notch. The breakfast of fruit, eggs, and mushrooms was delicious, and coffee was available for free all morning."

"Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. Everyday they model the towels in different shapes, like cats, elephants,..!! Staying at this hotel is going to be one of the most memorable stays for you. The location is also close...

"We stayed in #6 and had the most amazing view of the volcano. There's a couple restaurants within a very quick walking distance- one next door, one across the street- so finding a place for dinner was super easy. The room had a lovely sitting area, a comfy bed, and a large bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. The property had a walking/hiking trail that was gorgeous. It took us about 30 mins to walk the loop. There was also a common area with a fire pit and some chairs to enjoy the property....
