"Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und (leider recht teuren) Parkplätzen nah an der Altstadt von Stratford. Man kann von hier aus fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Im großen Garten kann man entspannen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war ruhig. Das Frühstücksangebot war durchschnittlich, wir mussten immer wieder darauf hinweisen, dass das Buffet leer ist und es dauerte teilweise recht lange, bis nachgelegt wurde."

Club Lounge fills up quickly when complimentary drinks and snacks appear. Very effective air con in rooms. But in comparison to other local hotels, we would always stay here."

"The hotel was ok, a small section was a nice historical building with character but large bits are new and dated and not in a good way. The rooms where very hot and not air conditioned, it was cooler going outside in the 30+ def then it was in the room. By biggest annoyance was the parking l, they have lots of it but it’s an extra £7 a night per vehicle, not per space. "The hotel was ok, no more or no less than that. The pictures on the website were all of the newer bit of the hotel by the looks of it. Our room even said “old” on the invoice I signed. Bed ok, room had good furniture but too much of it so barely room to move. Window to a fire exit that kept banging in the wind. Shower screen might as well have been wire mesh as water leaked everywhere and flooded the bathroom which looked to have been happening for a while looking at the water staining / state...

"Property is quirky and well located but outdoor space needs some TLC to make it more usable and some more friendly outdoor seating. I found it unusual to be asked to strip the bed and put into a plastic bag before departing. Everything needed was there and I would return."

"We had a deluxe room on the second floor. It was extremely hot - due to the temperature outside being 33 degrees - we did have a fan but no air con. Nice shower and coffee machine and kettle.
