"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, parking was easy enough. Getting in and out kinda sucked because there’s a median on the main road. The room was nice and cool with this heat. It was also cheaper to get an extra day straight from the hotel than it was from Expedia. We should have just went straight to the source for the room. But other than that it was a good stay."

"Stay away from room 136. Ask for room 307. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express over the years at various locations. I've never rated them below 5 star before now. We checked in late due to two wrecks on I-10 across two states. We were exhausted. The room was warm and smelled a little funny. When we woke up earlier to make an appointment, the smell was still off but figured turning down the thermostat while away would put the room to normal.
