"10/10 place to stay. The balcony in the room was lovely to have. Super comfortable and I loved the towel animals every day. The included breakfast was great, but we didn't enjoy our dinner at the restaurant. The pools were great and I enjoyed some fresh starfruit that we found on the mini hiking trail on the property. Great staff, accessible on-site parking. Definitely a gem."

"Hotel and staff were excellent. We had to ask management to quiet down a group of drunks who took their own speakers to pool and spent 3 hours screaming like animals. The second we asked, the hotel did everything right and addressed the situation in a classy and professional way. It was well handled. Not hotel’s fault— shame on the people. "

"If i could give confort Arenal 1000 out of ten i would. Staff was the friendliest and their treatment of guests is very personal. The breakfast was delicious. There were so many plants and facilities are well kept. You felt in an nature oasis. Already planning our next visit with the whole family. The rooms are so spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous with a perfect view of the volcanoe. Felt like home! Thank you Geysel and all staff for the amazing service and stay. "

Everything is communicated through whatsapp which is very common for country’s like Costa Rica, so be sure to download the app. Everything was a breeze. Long drive from the air port but very worth it me and my wife loved every second of being there. The morning views with coffee were amazing. "
