"Place was clean, friendly staff and food was fine. Service was great. Location was good. Hot springs area was good and the place is kids friendly. Great views of volcano and overall property is well maintained. Farm on site for fresh vegetables and admiring the animals. I would to choose it again."

"Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center. Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink. The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."

"The property itself was amazing the food also was amazing. The Spa was superb. Rooms were clean daily if requested. Staff was gracious and friendly. I will definitely recommend this resort. The views and the thermal springs were a sight to see. My only concern were the roads getting there from the airport. Make sure you make reservations to be picked up by the resort staff. Roads not easy to navigate for the average driver. It was an amazing Vacation."

"Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "

"This is a very beautiful home, clean, modern, perfectly comfortable. Host is very kind and attentive. Location is farther from La Fortuna but closer to all the hot springs, waterfall and places to explore. Uber was helpful to get here and get around. Peaceful environment full of beauty. Highly recommend."

"Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse "

"This place was a gem, nice clean rooms with a kitchen. Our room was facing the volcano so that was a surprise. They had a bridge to walk over to get to breakfast, that was so cool for the kids. Breakfast was so good and fresh. I highly recommend. "

"The hotel is overrated for the price. It is not clean and the food was regular, even the food was with hair. They don’t have even a mini fridge for such as expensive hotel. You have to park far away from the room. It was a lizard inside the blender and the pool has a frog inside. The view is not like it is in the picture."

"Great older resort located on the outskirts of La Fortuna. Needs some upkeep on the roofs and some of the siding, we could see outside through the cracks in our closet. But, great pool, hot springs, dining on site."

"10/10 Super Bueno: La ubicación es genial, si esta despejado el dia podrás observar el volcan super cerca, destaca la cercania de los principales parques extremos del arenal, puedes incluso ir caminando a ellos. El hotel es pequeño, la habitación en lo personal fue pequeña, pero suficiente para pasar la noche, lo que le da el plus son las piscinas termales demasiado limpias justo a unos pasos de tu habitación, la atención del personal destaca y el restaurante rain forest muy recomendable,...
