"Super relaxing spot with many pools, the two-person loungers in the main hot pool was a nice touch. Place was clean, a great bed and staff all very helpful. Breakfast included as well, what’s not to like?"

"hot springs pool were clean and comfortable and was the only nice part of the hotel, Breakfast was ok compare to other 5 star hotels. we had so many small ants in our room, we arrived late at 10:30 pm and had to walk back to the reception area and waited for 20 minutes for water!!(the phone in our room was not working, they only came to fix it on our last day when we were checking out!) their mini bar was empty !!! they should put some water there and if we use it they charge us. "

The hotel notified Expedia, but Expedia advertised the room anyway and charged me for it. This is the same day a car I had reserved with Expedia with Hertz was absent when I arrived to rent it. "Great location and our room with the private pool was perfect with the heated pool. We were not expecting the pools to be warm, but they were perfect to enjoy the evening in them. "

" I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The installations were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a strong smell and visible mold coming out of the air conditioner, which made the environment feel unhealthy and unsafe. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and the facilities looked very disorganized and neglected. Because of the mold issue, I did not feel comfortable staying there and had to leave.
