"Great things to say about the hotel! Phenomenal shuttle service (10/10), driver Mauricio was punctual/patient. Upon landing he was ready w/ a nice cool van & drink cooler. The 2.5 hr ride was long, but he offered stops for food, restrooms, etc. He was knowledgeable w/ lots of recommendations & my 10 y/o loved that he had WIFI avail. "Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center. Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink. The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."

"Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "

"We really liked the stay here. It had a great view and location right in town. The restaurant on site was very convenient with included breakfast each morning. They even arranged an early breakfast for us one morning as we had a tour leaving earlier than the opening time. Food was average, didn't wow me but did the job. We stayed in cabin 3 and it had a sewage smell from the minute we walked in that never left. We didn't experience this at our other lodgings in Monteverde or Manuel Antonio, so...

"This is a very beautiful home, clean, modern, perfectly comfortable. Host is very kind and attentive. Location is farther from La Fortuna but closer to all the hot springs, waterfall and places to explore. Uber was helpful to get here and get around. Peaceful environment full of beauty. Highly recommend."

"I stayed in one of the cabins in this property and it had a beautiful view of the Arenal Volcano from the balcony and the room. You could hear the birds chirping right in the morning. The property is located right off the main road but these cabins are at the back surrounded by plants. Location was very central for all day activities and 5 mins drive to town. Room was clean and breakfast was good. It had galla pinto, eggs and fruits everyday. I would stay at the property again."

"The hotel is overrated for the price. It is not clean and the food was regular, even the food was with hair. They don’t have even a mini fridge for such as expensive hotel. You have to park far away from the room. It was a lizard inside the blender and the pool has a frog inside. The view is not like it is in the picture."
